Our well-trained agency and management team strive to provide clients with top quality service, Most staff join us with 20+ years of experience in real estate investment and property management. We have collaborated with several leading immigration companies in China for many years, focusing on providing professional and thoughtful real estate investment and property management services for clients in the Greater Seattle area.

Since being established in 2011, we have successfully assisted over 500 families in completing real estate transactions, with a total transaction value exceeding 2 billion US dollars. We manage over 500 property units, with a total management value exceeding 500 million US dollars.

Meet Our Founders

  • Mina Zhang

    Co-Founder | Licensed Broker

    Mina Zhang is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Sea to Sky Realty. She brings over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, with more than $350 million USD in combined sales. Mina holds a BA in English Literature from Zhejiang University and an MBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. She is also a Medallion Club member.

  • Lin Shen

    Founder CEO | Licensed Broker

    Lin Shen is a multi-time entrepreneur and licensed Washington State Managing Broker, with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, development consulting, and property management across the Greater Seattle area. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and completed a Master’s degree at the University of Alberta, Canada. Prior to real estate, he worked in the United States for Hewlett-Packard and Cisco.

  • Yongmin Zhu

    PRESIDENT

    Mr. Zhu is a fintech innovator and expert in high-quality business strategy development. He graduated from Nanchang University and earned an EMBA from Fudan University and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. With over 15 years of management experience and a globally recognized track record, Mr. Zhu brings the strategic leadership to drive the company to its next stage of growth.
